Following the last years' acclaimed workshops
in Hamburg, Berlin, The Hague and Madrid
TSM returns for another hands-on day, timed to be convenient to teachers planning to attend the
2008 ECIS Conference in Nice

led by a distinguished team of international trainers.
The theme this time will be

"Using Dynamic Software
to teach CACULUS"


focussing in particular on:
Autograph 3 (2D and 3D)
Web-based resources
TI NSpire

Delegates should bring a LAPTOP for this workshop. Software will be provided,
also power sockets (European plugs).

TI Nspire - the calculator and the software
for effective teaching of the principles of Caculus topics using the latest CAS calculator from TI.

for teaching CALCULUS in 2D and 3D:
Dynamic Calculus using dynamic software. Topics will include: Differentiation, Integration, Differential Equations, and modelling for portfolios.

Delegates are therefore encouraged to bring a laptop.

This is NOT a requirement as we should have enough to share, etc.

European power sockets will be provided,
also demo versions of all the software in use

Note: Autograph 3 is Windows only, though works 100% on the latest MACs using Parallels.

You are encouraged to bring your own PC or MAC LAPTOP
